We are looking for a candidate to fill a full time Internal and External Marketer / Patient Success Coordinator position at Physical Therapy Associates, LP!

To ensure patients complete a full plan of care that results in successful discharge for patients and for therapists. This position is responsible for both internal and external marketing including, but not limited to: calling on physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and chiropractors. The PSC is also responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction before, during, and after their care through effective communication.

A happy patient who is successfully discharged and will refer friends and family. Develop and maintain happy physicians and physician offices that are confident in referring their patients to our office for care. Have efficient communication and quick entry of patients into the clinic.

Main Duties:
Develop and maintain relationship with physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Market PTA to the Lubbock community and surrounding areas.
